Limited Warranty and RMA Policy



General:
  1. No refund will be given (item #4 excluded under the policy) after 30 days of the invoice date.



  2. All items for refund must be in a RE-SALE condition and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.



  3. All refunds and credits will be determined by the invoice total purchase amount.


  4. All FACTORY/CONTAINER order(s) is/are considered FINAL SALES.NO return, refund or exchange is allowed other than defective power supply that is covered under the warranty policy.

  5. CASING will repair or exchange any manufacture defective unit or parts free of charge. This warranty covers normal consumer use and does not cover damages incurred in shipping from the purchaser, failure due to alteration, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.Defective chassis, as outlined below, must be returned within two (2) months from date of invoice or delivery date in case of container load.

  6. All RMA return must bear a RMA number on the package and should be freight pre-paid. CASING will ship repaired merchandise to customers by UPS ground service only

  7. All out of warranty products will be charged with a minimum of $15.00/pc for labor plus material cost and return shipping charge.

  8. A RMA number will only be issued when the product is covered under the warranty period and the invoice number, serial number and detailed problem of the defective product are given.The RMA is only valid for 30 days from date of issuance.

  9. All RMA power supplies and cases being returned should be packed in a manner, as to avoid damage in shipping. Power supplies in a single carton should not exceed 10 units.

  10. CASING will replace any case or power supply damaged occurred from its originating point of shipment only when CASING or its carrier is notified of the damage at the time of delivery.



Chassis (structural part/s)
  1. For the body defects, including scratch, bend and dent, CASING will accept return only if the hardware kit is complete and the case is in its original packing without assembly traces.

  2. For assembly problems, including unable to install drives, power supplies, motherboard and interface cards, CASING will accept only the undamaged case with complete parts. The case must be in CASING's original packing.

  3. CASING will only repair or replace the returned item that meets CASING's RMA policy.



Power Supply:

  1. The warranty period for MPT/SC model is 24 months, starting from the manufacturing date of which label is adhered to the metal housing of the power unit.

  2. Repaired power supply will be returned to customer in two weeks starting from the receiving date.

  3. CASING will only repair or replace the returned power supply that meets CASING's RMA policy.

  4. No warranty will be covered once the seal (warranty label) is broken.

  5. DOA power supplies will be replaced within 30 days of the invoice date. If a case is purchased with a power supply and the power supply is found to be defective, only the power supply will be returned and accepted under CASING's RMA policy.
